We're seeking a creative Junior Graphic Designer with minimum 2 years of experience. You'll create compelling visual designs for branding, marketing campaigns, social media, and digital platforms. Must be proficient in Adobe Photoshop & Illustrator. Strong portfolio demonstrating eye-catching design work required.

Key Responsibilities

Create compelling visual designs for branding, marketing campaigns, social media, and digital platforms
Develop brand identity systems, logos, and visual guidelines
Design marketing materials including brochures, flyers, banners, and promotional content
Create engaging social media graphics and content for various platforms
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop visual concepts that align with strategic objectives
Ensure all designs maintain brand consistency and effectively convey the intended message
Manage multiple design projects from concept to final execution
Present design concepts to team members and incorporate feedback

Requirements

Minimum 2 years of professional experience in graphic design
Expertise in Adobe Photoshop & Illustrator (mandatory)
Strong portfolio demonstrating eye-catching design work
Proficiency in Adobe InDesign for print design
Strong creative abilities with a keen eye for aesthetics, color, typography, and layout
Excellent attention to detail and ability to produce high-quality work
Effective communication skills to articulate design concepts and collaborate with team members
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with motion graphics and video editing
Knowledge of UI/UX design principles
Familiarity with web design tools like Figma
Understanding of print production and color management
Experience with brand identity development
